Or simply FT, is an air gun based shooting sport that started in England in the early 1980s. It has spread around the world to 70+ countries and came to Canada in 1994.
Initially started as a way to train for small game hunting in England, FT evolved into a precision shooting sport that ranks among the most challenging disciplines possible.
It is a sport for people of all ages and abilities from all walks of life who come together in the outdoor and enjoy a safe, challenging and friendly time.

- The targets are placed between 9m and 50m at unknown distances
- Elevations vary from flat ground to +- 45%.

- Most shots are from a seated position with up to 20% in either kneeling or standing.
